Fonterra’s Milk Price forecast increase partly due to strong demand from China

New Zealand Co-op Fonterra has increased its forecast farmgate price from 24.73ppl (NZ $6.40 per kg milk solids) to 26.28ppl (NZ $6.80). The key contributor to the increase is a boom in Chinese demand.
