GDT records a further healthy 2.2% increase in only 2 weeks

This is the fourth rise in the last five fortnightly GDT Auctions with the 5^th recording no change.

This weeks average recorded a 2.2% increase to average US $4061 tonne for the increased 27,836 tonnes sold and all products sold recorded increases of at least 1.5% or more.

Butter                   + 4.7% to average US $5111 tonne

Cheddar               + 2.9% to average US $4426 tonne

SMP                       + 2.5% to average US $3401 tonne

WMP                     + 1.5% to average US $3803 tonne
