Arla’s 13th Payment will be £830 million

The previously announced 13^th payment, increase of 50% from the current 1 euro to 1.5 euro cents per kg, will result in Arla members receiving just over 1 billion euros in total as a 13^th payment over the next five years subject to Arla achieving its net profit target of 2.8%. This payout is worth an average additional £17,620 to each member annually.

Note the increased payment applies with immediate effect so the 13^th payment due at the end of March 2022 for milk produced by members this year will receive the uplifted amount.
