2ppl minimum milk price increase for Yew Tree Dairy (AKA Woodcocks) suppliers

This consists of a 0.5ppl increase on 1^st February followed by an additional minimum 1.5ppl from 1^st March.  The two increases result in liquid standard litre prices of 34ppl (1^st Feb) and 35.5 (1^st March)
