HMRC seek to put Eleven Trading 2022 Limited into receivership (AKA Medina Dairy Limited)

Eleven Trading 2022 Limited, which is one of a number of Medina Companies, are being pursued by HMRC for what is understood to be a significant 7 figure sum owed.  The hearing is scheduled at the High Court in London next Wednesday 16^th however the word is that the business has now been placed into Voluntary Liquidation and the hearing will be shelved.  No Medina farmers or any other dairy suppliers are involved or outstanding any monies.

In addition, Ian’s research indicates that the business is able to pay the sums due in full and patience from HMRC to realise assets would be a common sense approach rather than a pay up in full now or else approach. 

The merger with Freshways, which is very close to completion, is unaffected by the situation.
