The results in a liquid standard litre price of 36.75ppl and a manufacturing litre price of 37.79ppl.

Michael from Barbers commented “Unfortunately though, the markets remain distinctly downbeat, with AMPE (milk processed into butter/power) as declared by AHDB last week down 3ppl to just 27.66ppl. So any B litres for July for example paid for production above 105% of your base, will attract an 8.34ppl discount to the prevailing price, that’s a 23% difference”. (1^st August 2023)
